    Payment Information

Payments may be processed by independent payment-processing providers. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

    Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring and exit pages, pages and features used, dates and times of access, cookie identifiers, and interaction and diagnostic data.

    Artificial Intelligence Information

When AI-enabled features are used, we may process prompts, instructions, inputs, uploaded content, contextual information, and generated output needed to provide those features. Do not submit sensitive information to AI features unless it is necessary, lawful, and permitted by your organization.

    2. Information About Our Customers' Contacts

Subscribers may use the Services to collect and process information about their own customers, leads, patients, clients, employees, or other contacts. The subscriber generally determines why and how this information is processed. AS Creator Tools processes it to provide the Services according to the subscriber's instructions.

Questions or requests concerning information submitted by a subscriber should ordinarily be directed to that subscriber. We may assist subscribers with legally valid privacy requests when appropriate. Subscribers are responsible for providing required privacy notices and obtaining necessary permissions and consent.

    3. How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you; from authorized account users; through websites, forms, calendars, chat widgets, and communication tools; from integrations you authorize; from payment and service providers; through cookies; through social networks and advertising platforms; from publicly available sources; and from subscribers when they use the Services.

    4. How We Use Information

We may use information to create, maintain, and secure accounts; provide and personalize the Services; process purchases and payments; deliver calls, emails, text messages, and other communications; operate websites, forms, calendars, automations, and integrations; provide support and training; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; monitor performance; troubleshoot problems; maintain consent records; improve the Services; operate AI-enabled features; send administrative and service notices; send permitted marketing; enforce agreements; comply with law; and protect our rights, customers, users, and the public.

    5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent Personal Information for monetary compensation.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers of cloud hosting, data storage, customer-management technology, telecommunications, messaging, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, artificial intelligence, domains, websites, support, advertising, marketing, document processing, and authorized integrations.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect their systems.

We may also share information at your direction or with your consent; with authorized users; to complete a transaction; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security threats; to enforce agreements; to protect rights, safety, and property; in response to lawful process; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, restructuring, or transfer of assets.

Service-provider relationships may change as the Services evolve. We do not publicly identify every provider in this Privacy Policy.

    6. Text Messages, Calls, and Email

We may use contact information to provide requested services, send account notices, respond to inquiries, deliver support, and send permitted marketing communications.

Marketing text messages may be sent only when appropriate consent has been obtained. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services unless clearly disclosed otherwise. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in the message.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional, billing, security, account, or service-related communications.

    7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep websites and accounts functioning, remember settings, authenticate users, understand usage, diagnose issues, measure marketing, and personalize content or advertising.

You may manage cookies through browser controls and any cookie-consent tools provided on our websites. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

    8. Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising services to understand website activity, measure campaigns, and improve our Services. These providers may collect device, usage, cookie, or interaction information according to their own privacy policies. Where required, nonessential technologies will be used only after appropriate consent.

    9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain a customer relationship, fulfill contracts, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the information, processing purpose, account status, and applicable law. Information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems.

    10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, authentication, monitoring, backups, provider review, and restrictions on personnel access.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Subscribers are responsible for safeguarding credentials, configuring permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

    11. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we or our providers may use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

    12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of Personal Information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing, certain sales or sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request.

These rights are not absolute and may be limited by legal exceptions. To submit a request, contact support@ascreatortools.com. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests when permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

    13. United States Privacy Rights

Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sales or sharing, profiling, and appeals.

AS Creator Tools does not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation. Some analytics or advertising may nevertheless qualify as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under certain laws. Where applicable, we will provide required notices and choices.

    14. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact support@ascreatortools.com.

    15. Third-Party Websites and Integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with independently operated websites and services. We do not control their privacy practices. Information submitted directly to a third party is governed by that party's privacy policy. Review those policies before connecting or using third-party services.

    16. Business Transfers

If Andrea Studios or AS Creator Tools participates in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or business transfer, information may be transferred as part of the transaction. The recipient may continue using it subject to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise permitted by law.

    17. Required Disclosures

We may preserve, access, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect individuals, enforce agreements, or protect our rights and property.
